The losing was not enjoyable, but the way I lost was what raised my suspicions. Estimating my odds of winning anything were better than 11999:12000, I went on to investigate using a different account as beneficiary and varying starting numbers. Any damage to Mr. Fultzs site would, at any rate, have been minimal.Assurred by my findings I then went to post harsh statements on a public forum, where the debate with Gefnet consisted of him saying the game was fair and of me saying that the game was not fair. In private communication I was told to be unwelcome on the gefnet sites (his good right, as per the sites rules) and to cease the attacks on his sites reputation immediately. The proof for the fairness of the site was never provided though, (although I grant that at the time I might not have accepted any digital proof, being so easy to falsify and with my general distrust towards Mr. Fultz...).The other admin claim was based on the ip having been used on another voting site. The domain gefsytes.ws is owned by the Mr. Fultz and being quite upset from the recent losses I jumped to the somewhat hasty conclusion that he may well have voted for his own program. A suggestion to the admin to prevent this situation from repeating itself in the future:The games could use more transparency, like batch-number games or even using a phathash system. That way both sides have tamper-free proof of wins and losses.As for potential players: the number guessing game has a positive profit expectancy, so by betting low at middle values and high at the extremes you should be able to get a nice profit out of it. (At your own risk though, seeing how it did not work out for me.)In all fairness, I was later paid $0.4 manually for my small wins. Mr. Fultz can have them back if he wants, though, I am not in dire need of money.The above notwithstanding, may we all have Good Days.
